Problem Description:

General Description:
Path information typed into the Directory field in the "New Project" GUI is
ignored when you subsequently click on the Browse button. Instead
of starting at the location you typed into the Directory field, the CORE
Generator project browser always starts out at the user's home directory on
the UNIX platform.
Solution 1:
No workaround other than to browse to the desired directory starting
from your home directory.
