General Description:
An incorrect signal name is used in the .ucf data for Clock signals in Virtex devices.
In the case seen, the signal clk was replaced by clk.PAD/PAD_SIG.
Solution 1:
This problem can be worked around by manually changing the UCF data
to the correct signal name.
This problem is scheduled to be fixed in the 2.1i release scheduled to begin
shipping in June, 1999.
