M1.5 Install: Device Download Install does not install the MFC42.DLL
Problem Description:
Urgency: Standard
General Description:
When installing the Device Download Tools only, the MFC42.DLL does not get installed. The
result is that an older copy of the MFC42.DLL exists on the hard drive and will not run with M1.
Solution 1:
The workaround is to manually obtain the correct version of the MFC42.DLL and replace the older
DLL with the newer one.
