Problem Description:
Urgency: Standard
General Description: When executing a command file (.cmd) from another
command file with the ex <name>.cmd command, the following error can
be found in the Project Manager Console window:
Error opening file <name>.cmd
Solution 1:
Instead of referencing a second command file, copy the information from the
second commmand file to the first.
