General Description:
While running Implementation, the title error is
returned.
Solution 1:
This may possibly be caused because no temp variable has been
defined, and termination of Foundation has left this or other dlls
residing in the temp directory.
Move the dlls back into fndtn/active/exe, and define temp variables to
point to the temp directory. Ensure the temp directory is large enough.
