Known Projects list. (REL)

General Description:
Coregen maintains a list of all known projects for all users in the known.prj. If you are
using a network installation of Coregen but create a project that is only local to your own
machine (for example, in /tmp/project), this project will still show up in the list of known
projects for all users of this network installation of Coregen, but will not accessible to
anyone except the user that created it.
Solution 1:
This is known problem which will be addressed in the next release.
