General Description: In the Prom File fomatter, the user cannot save an MCS file for a bytewide
prom of size 256k by 8. It gives the following error:
ERROR: basbs - size of PROM 0 (2048k) exceeds maximum size of 1024K for Mcs86 prom
format
Solution 1:
The Prom File Formatter interprets those numbers as bytes, and passes it to promgen as a byte
size, effectively making each file 8 times too big. Divide the desired prom size by 8, and use that
size instead, e.g. if want a 256k byte prom file, specify 256/8 = 32k in the Prom File Formatter
