General Description:
Netscape starts up but does not point to the expected page (CoreLINX, for example) when
launched from COREGEN.
Solution 1:
The problem may be observed if Netscape on the user's system is launched
indirectly via some sort of wrapper script which may point to an installation of Netscape
in some other location.
