When running design through TRCE and get a DR. Watson Error
Exception Access Violation (0xc0000005) Address 0x10xxxxx
This is caused by trce trying to analyze an offset when the
clock net has a Timing Ignore (TIG) placed on it.
Solution 1:
Make sure that the clock net does not have a TIG attribute
placed on it.
