General Description:
FPGA Express 3.1 (Foundation Express 1.5i Service Pack 1) has the ability to infer the MUXF5,
but not the MUXF6. FPGA Express 3.2 (Foundation Express 2.1i) has the ability to infer the MUXF5
and MUXF6. These components can be instantiated in any 3.x version of FPGA Express.
Solution 1:
There are certain cases where a five (or six) input functions could use these special components but
do not. If you have a design that you feel should use these resources but do not, please bring this
to
the attention of the Synopsys Hotline (if you are an Alliance customer) or the Xilinx Hotline (if yo
u are a
Foundation customer).
