The xc_loc attribute does not correctly write the LOC
property to the EDIF for Virtex
Solution 1:
This is fixed in 5.1.4
Solution 2:
This is broken again in 5.1.5a. The fix is to use our constraints edittor and manually add the pin
lock constraint or manually edit the ucf and loc the constraint there. Synplicity is aware of this
issue and hopes to repair this with the next release.
