Problem Description:
When specifying same property(attribute) of different values onto
the same PADthrough different design elements, such as PAD or
PAD NET ngdbuild doesn't give errors on duplicated properties(attributes).
Instead it chooses the properties(attributes) that are applied on the net.
Solution 1:
The above situation only happens when using Foundation or Viewlogic
schematic tools. These properties or attributes include:
LOC
TNM
IO_STANDARD
Drive
Make sure that only one valid value is used on either the PAD or PAD NET.
