Problem Description:

General Description:
Customer using F1.5isp2 virtex design have a trce and bitgen error
when the clkfb is not connected correctly. Gets trce windows error
which sometimes crash the program:
abnormial program termination at trce.exe:
exception access violation (0x0000005), address 0x01c9162a.
Also during bitgen it will sometimes give the error:
bitgen error: xvkdr: 5 - blockcheck: dangling dll input pin clkfb
of dll comp....not connected.
Solution 1:
Make sure that the dll feedback loop is connected correctly and the
error should go away.
This will be fixed in a future release of the software.
