Problem Title:

2.1i: FPGA Editor: getattr main extpins gives strange report.

Problem Description:
Urgency: Standard

General Description:
When running "getattr main extpins" from command line window
in FPGA Editor, the report is misleading with numbers instead of
the normal description.

The pintype is given as a number such as 16 or 17, instead of
"INPUT", "OUTPUT" etc.

Solution 1:

Here is what the numbers mean:
        Number: Meaning
        0 Unknown
        16 Input
        17 Clock
        18 SRDirect
        19 Enable
        20 SetDirect
        21 RstDirect
        32 Output
        33 DirectIn
        49 BiDirectional
        50 Pad
        64 Sync
        80 SyncInput
        83 SyncEnable
        96 SyncOutput

This will be fixed in a future release.
