Problem Description:
Urgency: Standard
General Description:
When loading a ngd file in Constraints Editor, the following
warning comes up:
WARNING:NgdHelpers:488 - Unable to create TNM OUTFF
Solution 1:
The Group is listed correctly, which means that the warning
can be ignored, once the constraint is confirmed that it was
created in the Editable Window
To be fixed in the next release or service pack.
