2.1i: Floorplanner: When constraints are placed over boundries, placement is not disabled.
Problem Description:
Urgency: Standard
General Description:
When moving a placed area constraint outside the boundries, the
placement is not disabled, unless the mouse is outside the boundry.
If placing the area constraint past the boundry the constraint
disappears.
Solution 1:
The workaround is to make sure not to move the area constraint
outside the boundries. This issue will be fixed in a future
release.
