2.1i: Floorplanner: The horizontal flip does not flip but shifts to the right one CLB. HP
Problem Description:
Urgency: Standard
General Description:
When using the horizontal flip on HP, it does not flip it. Instead
it shifts the right half of the data to the right approximatly 1 CLB.
Solution 1:
The workaround is to do hand placement of the components to
there correct location.
This will be fixed in a future release.
