2.1i: Constraints Editor: FROM TO dialog doesn't allow open ended FROM TOs.
Problem Description:
Urgency: Standard
General Description:
The FROM TO dialog doesn't allow the user to specify a FROM
only or TO only constraint, but (THRU is still optional).
Solution 1:
Modify the ucf manually and then run the ucf through
implementation or back through Constraints Editor.
This will be fixed in a future release.
