2.1i: Constraints Editor - Cannot remove point from existing FROM/THRU/TO constraint
Problem Description:
Urgency: Standard
General Description:
Can't remove any existing THRU points by double clicking on it
during FROM/THRU/TO constraint creation.
Solution 1:
To remove the existing points in the ucf file, manually modify the ucf file,
and go back through Constraints Editor or through implementation flow.
This will be fixed in a future release of the software.
