General Description: When selecting a part in the Foundation
Project Manager, only a bg352 package is seen, not the bg256.
The 95288xl does not exist in a bg352 package.
Solution 1:
Choose the bg352, but use the Design Manager standalone to
implement. The bg256 will be there, because the list of parts is
garnered directly from the speed and package files.
