Problem Description:

General Description:
Preforming a timing simulation on the CLKDLL using off chip synchronization
might produce unexpected results. If the CLKIN and CLKFB are two external
inputs, the output of the CLKDLL will synchronize with the CLKIN but not the CLKFB.
Solution 1:
The SYMPRIM models will work for other timing simulators such as ActiveVHDL
or ModelSIM.
