ERROR:xvkpu - The symbol page1$4p/i5 failed to join a regular I/O component as
required. Buffer is not an I/O buffer.
Solution 1:
Using the output of BUFT or BUFE to drive OPAD is actually an illegal connection. Users
should use OBUFT or OBUFE components instead.
