2.1i: FPGA Editor - IOB components added for probing internal signals are not sorted in the
List Window.

Urgency: Standard
General Description:
If a probe is created, the new IOB COMP does not appear to
be added to the List Window.
Solution 1:
The IOB COMP is added at the end of the list. The list
can be resorted by clicking the Name column header
in the list window.
