General description:
When upgrading from Foundation Express F1.5i (Express v2.1.3) or Foundation Express F1.5i Service Pack 1 (Express v3.1) to Foundation Express F2.1i (Express v3.2) or Foundation Express F2.1i Service Pack 2 (Express v3.3), all Express users will need to upgrade their license.


Solution 1:

Replace the PACKAGE section of your license.dat file with ONE of the following packages. Select the PACKAGE below to match the INCREMENT line in your current license.

This information can also be found in %XILINX%\data\license_update.txt in your
Foundation install area.

NOTE:  Customers with floating	licenses must run "%XILINX%\bin\nt\lmutil lmreread",
typically with "-c %XILINX%\data\license.dat".	Otherwise you may encounter FLEXlm error -25,
"License server does not support this version of this feature"
