Urgency: Standard
General Description:
Once an Area Constraint has been placed in the floorplan
window, the corresponding BELs instances are not removed
from the Hierarchy Window.
Solution 1:
Care should be taken by the user not to floorplan
an Area Constraint that has already been placed in
the floorplan window.
This will be fixed in a future release of the software.
