Problem Description:
Urgency: Standard
General Description:
If a pin is already a Macro External Pin, the menu selection to
make a Macro External pin is not grayed out when that pin is
selected.
Solution 1:
An external pin is already an external pin, so it can not be
twice. To rename it some other name, the pin must be
deleted, then recreated.
This will be fixed in a future release of the software
