1.5i, 2.1i PAR - High density placer (4085XL+, 4KXV) fails on area constrained TBUFs.
Problem Description:
A case has been seen where the high density placer fails with the following message on designs with
area constrained TBUFs.
FATAL_ERROR:Place:xxlpltbsupp.c:2985:1.1.2.4 - BAD TBUF FIT. Process will
terminate. To resolve this error, please consult the Answers Database at
http://support.xilinx.com
Solution 1:
A fix for this problem is scheduled for the first major release (as yet unnamed) after the 2.1i rele
ase.
