CPLD: 9500XL: What is the drive strength of the IO (sink and source currents)?
Record #6656
Product Family: Hardware Urgency: Standard General Description: What is the drive strength of the IO (sink and source currents)? Solution 1: The data can be found in the "DC Characteristic Over Recommended Operating Conditions" section, in the column "Test Conditions." Page 5-23 in 99 databook or in the 9500XL sections for future databooks. Output high for 3.3v outputs: IOH = 4mA Output high for 2.5v outputs: IOH = .5mA Output low for 3.3v outputs: IOL = 8mA Output low for 2.5v outputs: IOL = .5mA These values in the data sheets are guaranteed for the parts. For additional information on testing measurements that are not guaranteed but show IV curves for a sample lot refer to http://www.xilinx.com/xapp/xapp150.pdf End of Record #6656 - Last Modified: 08/03/99 15:23 |
