primitive ocemuh is not in clkiob. Process will terminate. Please call
Xilinx Technical Support.
This is a problem with the syntax of the EDN file -- a parse error.
Solution 1:
There are a few permutations of this particular error 256:1.18, and
some are caused by a bad install of the Xilinx tools. A reinstall will
correct the problem.
