Problem Title:
Design Manager M1: How to specify files (EDN, EDF, VHD, VER, SCH, etc...) to be automatically copied to your version or revision subdirectories for maintainance

Problem Description:
Urgency: Standard

General Description:

Is there a way to automatically specify the copying of files into each
and every newly created version or revision subdirectory for the
purpose of storing source netlist information along with
implementation output ?

Solution 1:

The Xilinx Design Manager has a "back-door" feature that allows you
to automatically specify the copying of files into each and every newly
created version or revision directory. To access this feature:

1. Open up a project in Design Manager

2. Select the project name (i.e - Counter), and right-click
     on your mouse. Select "Properties".

NOTE: If you want to specify files to be copied into each
and every newly created version, select "Version List"
from within the Project Properites dialog. If you prefer to
specify files to be copied into each and every newly
created revision, select "Revision List" from within this
same dialog.

3. Within the respective "Files List" dialog, browse for the
file(s) you'd like copied, then "Set" them. Click "OK"
     when you're done.

4. The files specified will now be copied upon the creation
of new versions and/or revisions. To verify, take a look
at the contents of the directory structure.

Access to this feature will be made easier in a future release.
