General Description:
When the option 'Floorplan' -> 'Assign Area Constraint' is done after
'Floorplan' -> 'Replace All with Placement' the original 'Replace All with
Placement' constraint remains as well as the assigned 'Area Constraint'.
Solution 1:
Before doing an 'Area Constraint', highlight the desired hierarchy in the 'Design
Hierarchy' window. Select 'Floorplan' -> 'Remove'. This will remove the
'Placement Constraint' on the selected hierarchy. Now do 'Floorplan' -> 'Assign
Area Constraint' on the highlighted hierarchy. The hierarchy will now have the
proper constraint on it.
This will be fixed in a future release.
