On page 4-32 of the 1999 DataBook there are incorrect values given for the
express mode PROM size for each of the SpartanXL chips.

Note 1 in the datasheet was never intended to provide a direct calculation of
Express Mode PROM size. The actual Express Mode PROM sizes are neither what is
stated in the datasheet or what is stated earlier in this CR, but actually:
XCS05XL: 79064
XCS10XL: 128480
XCS20XL: 221048
XCS30XL: 298688
XCS40XL: 387848
This will be reflected in the next update to the Spartan Series datasheet.
