1.5i SpartanXL PAR - Divide by Zero crash
Problem Description:
PAR crash during placement with Dr. Watson error:
Exception: divide by zero (0x0000094), Address: 0x01754f7c
Solution 1:
This bug is caused by the ram generation code dividing a number
by the number of tbufs. When that number is zero this bug occurs.
A workaround is to set PAR_NOGENRAMBLOCK.
