Problem Title:
NGD2VER/NGD2VHDL: What is the usage of the -pms option?

Problem Description:
Urgency: Standard

General Description:
What is the usage of the -pms option?

Solution 1:

Any port (or pin) in the NGD database normally has two connections, one
to the parent signal and the other one to the child signal. In most cases, the
port and child signal names are the same.

Up to Alliance 1.4, Ngd2vhdl/Ngd2ver always forces the port name and
the child signal name to be the same (by renaming the child signal name
if they are different), and this is exactly what -pms does.

Instead of removing this previous behavior, it is optional with -pms since
Alliance 1.5.
