Which boundary scan pins have a pull up resistor on them?
Solution 1:
Solution:
The IEEE 1149.1 standard requires internal pull-up on TMS and TDI. Having a
pullup on TCK is not required by the IEEE 1149.1 standard. The 1999 DataBook
has a typo in it on page 5-70 which states that TCK has a pullup as specified
by the IEEE 1149.1 standard. TCK does not have a pull-up.
