Problem Description:
Urgency: Standard
General Description: when selecting a certain JTAG operation, say PROGRAM, the following error can o
ccur:
ERROR:basut - The boundary-scan based 'program' operation is not supported by the download software
on the instance 'd10499(Device1)'.
These operations are currently supported only on Xilinx CPLD and FPGA devices.
'd10499(Device1)':Programming termintaed due to errors.
Similar errors occur for all other operations, such as get device ID and Blank Check.
Solution 1:
This particular issue is solved with service pack 2 and the latest FTP pack
This is usually due to not having the most recent device support. Please download
the latest service pack available at:
http://support.xilinx.com/support/techsup/sw_updates/
