Problem Title:
2.1i Virtex Map - Map may configure a BUFT driven by PWR/GND in a way that will not work in
the hardware.
Problem Description:
The Virtex device data files incorrectly give map the option of configuring BUFTs
to be driven by an internal PWR/GND source. In fact this configuration can not be
supported by the hardware.
This problem will only occur in designs that have BUFTs driven by GND, or by
logic that is optimized to GND.
A change will be made to map for a 2.1i service pack that prevents the use
of this invalid configuration. Instead the BUFT will be driven by external
PWR/GND sources requiring routing resources.
Solution 1:
This problem is fixed in the latest 2.1i Service Pack available at:
