Problem Description:

General Description: When implementing for any FPGA,
the following error occurs right at the beginning of the "map" phase:

map -p xc4003e-1-pc84 -o map.ncd design.ngd design.pcf
map: version C.16
ERROR:basilisk:6 - Problem encountered invoking program "m1map".
m1map: Invalid argument.
Solution 1:
The error is the result of the path variable being incorrectly set. Check
that %SystemRoot%\system32 is properly added to your PATH.
For example: C:\WINNT\system32
Solution 2:
For win95 or win98, also check the PATH variable is point to
the correct directory and is seen.
