Is it possible to remove Vccint whilst applying Vcco?
Solution 1:
This is fine, but with one caveat. 5.0V signals should not be supplied to
the device for an extended period of time with VCCint un-powered (24 hours per year)
or the lifetime will significantly decrease.
The ability to apply either one at a particular instant but not the other is supported to
aviod issues with power sequencing, however doing this over extended periods of
time may have an effect on the reliability of the device over time.
