General Description:
JTAG Programmer states that a successful
download of the 4010XL was done but the done pin does not go high.
Solution 1:
This problem is fixed in the latest 2.1i Service Pack available at:
http://support.xilinx.com/support/techsup/sw_updates/
You will also need to download the bsdl file for the part:
http://support.xilinx.com/support/sw_bsdl.htm
Solution 2:
If you cannot download the latest service pack, the the workaround is
to use the hardware debugger.
