Problem Description:

problem description : running a floating license server on a machine returns the
following error message :
"computer name.domain":Not a valid server host name, exiting.
Valid server hosts are: [name in license file]
Using license file "license.dat"
Solution 1:
This problem can be caused by spaces located in the name of the computer.
even if the IP address is used in the license file, the space in the name
can cause problems. The problem can be solved by changing the name
of the computer on the network/domain or by using a nodelocked license.
