General Description: When running ngdbuild, get the followin error:
basts:167 could not find clk net ... referred to by timegroup
Solution 1:
In this case, it was an OFFSET constraint using an internally generated net as the
clock. This is not possible for an OFFSET constraint. For more information, please
refer to http://support.xilinx.com/techdocs/2331.htm
