General Description:
Are the Xilinx Virtex devices PCI compliant? Where can I
find a reference to the above in an official document?
Solution 1:
The Xilinx Virtex devices are both 3.3 and 5 V PCI
compliant. The Xilinx Data-book says "Virtex inputs and
outputs comply fully with PCI specifications, and interfaces
can be implemented that operate at 33 MHz or 66 MHz.
Additionally, Virtex supports the hot-swapping requirements
of Compact PCI".
