General Description: Trying to configure an FPGA via the Hardware Debugger and XCHECKER or Parallel
cable gives the
following error:
Xchecker cannot bring D/P low to reconfigure the device. Reset the Target board to continue.
Solution 1:
Ensure that VCC and GND are connected on the cable to the board. The pod on the cable is powed via t
hese connections.
