the Carry Stings information

General Description:
Carry Strings windows is available when open EPIC, then
'Select a CLB' that is part of a carry chain -> editblock ->carry.
If you close the Carry Strings windows by double clicking on
?X? on the top right of the window, the Carry Strings windows
will become blanks and the carry strings information is not
available any more even if you select other CLB.
Solution 1:
Dismiss the ?Logic Block Editor? window by clicking on Cancel
or ?X? on the top right. Then reload the ncd file again by clicking
on File -> Open -> OK
The problem does not occur in FPGA Editor (2.1i)
