General Description: Does Foundation 2.1i support functional
or timing simulation of the CLKDLL?
Solution 1:
Foundation does not support the CLKDLL in functional simulation.
In order to functionally simulate your design apply the appropriate
stimulus to the CLKDLL outputs.
Foundation does support the CLKDLL in timing simulation, except
when using the CLKDV_DIVIDE attribute. See (Xilinx Solution #6966)
for more information concerning this issue.
