General Decription:
The following problems may be seen after installing
the PHCO_17381 patch to HP-UX 10.20 :
1. The PROM File Formatter may issue a bus error
when launched from a command line.
If you try to launch the application from the Xilinx
Design Manager it may fail to open.
2. LogiBLOX may issue a bus error when you try to
generate a module. It will allow you to select the
module and set the desired parameters but it will
not generate the netlist.
3. Timing Analyzer launches from the command line
or the Design Manager successfully, but when you
generate a report, it crashes issuing a bus error.
Solution 1:
This issue has been fixed in the latest 2.1i Service Pack available at:
http://support.xilinx.com/support/techsup/sw_updates/.
Solution 2:
If for some reason you are unable to access the Service Pack, you must remove the
PHCO_17381 patch from your system.
