Problem Description:

General Description:
A cases has been seen where map crashes with an Access Violation
error. The problem was found to be a bad circuit where an OBUFT output
was connected to pad signal (between PAD and IBUFG).
Solution 1:
This problem is fixed in the latest 2.1i Service Pack available at:
http://support.xilinx.com/support/techsup/sw_updates/
