General Description: Foundation 2.1i installer issues the
following or similar error:
Setup failed while processing the Unbundler.xc4000xla44_85 task.
The reported error was: Problems when inflating E:\jars\xc4000xla44_85.jar.
Press OK to clean up partially-installed software.
This error can happen on many different jar files and is the result of insufficient
disk space.
Solution 1:
Increase the amount of disk space to the temp and installation directories.
This error has been seen on PCs as well as Unix workstations. The 'temp'
directory under Unix is typically in /var/tmp.
Solution 2:
Change the path names so that they don't use variable indirection
as follows, and reboot:
Change the system variables from THIS:
-------------------------
PATH = %XILINX%\bin\nt;
%SystemDrive%TEMP
To THIS:
------------
PATH = C:\bin\nt
C:\TEMP
Don't forget to reboot.
