General Description:
The Virtex series of devices contain a tristate enable register which can be
accessed by using either the map -pr b switch or an IOB=true attribute on the register. However map
ignores the iob=true attribute
Solution 1:
This problem is scheduled to be fixed in the next (as yet unnamed)
release following version 2.1i. This release is currently scheduled
for May, 2000.
